Purchased a product back in February. When I contacted the company last month (beginning of June) they said items were in route to their facility and it would be shipped soon. I waited and now it's almost the end of July and I contacted the store again and got the same response. I then told them just to cancel the order and refund me and they said I couldn't get a refund. We went back and forth about getting my money back and they ended up threatening to sue me for defamation if I wrote a bad review! I thought that was the consumers rights to share their experience with others? I told them to keep the money and the item I purchased and to never contact me again. So unprofessional! I believe this is happening to a lot of people. Sounds like this business needs the money more than the innocent people they stole from. I will never support this business and it just affirms that I should shop local and not buy things on the internet. Alphawear fitness gives online boutiques a horrible reputation. I hope this stops and doesn't happen to anyone else.
