Person stated my account was being charged $249 for Norton antivirus. However, my laptop does not work and I never applied for Norton antivirus. He suggested that someone in South Korea was utilizing my account. He then told me to go to my computer, and turn it on. I refused & stated it did not work. He stated he would help me fix it. Thus, I stated it should not matter whether it worked or not, all I wanted was refund. He stated it could not be done unless I turned on my computer (which I can’t) . After I stated it was not necessary he hung up.
