I bought the product Alpilean on Facebook. Shortly after receiving the product, I tried to return it. When I called, click bank to receive my refund and send the product back. The associate said they could not find my information in their computer system and I was to contact my bank. I contacted my bank. They refunded my money. Shortly after that my bank re-issued the payments. I called click bank again. They said they could find my account fine, and now that I had contacted my bank, there was nothing they could do. I could not return the product and I could not get my money back. I tried to go through my bank, and there was nothing they could do because I received the product. I tried to contact Alpilean directly and they continue to email me the same response that I only had 30 days to return the product. The first time I tried to return the product it had only been a few weeks. The last time I went into my bank the teller suggested contacting Better Business Bureau. I also agree with her that, this is a scam. If their return policy says you cannot contact your bank but they are telling customers to contact their bank so you can’t return seems wrong to me. Thank you for any help you can provide. I still have 10 bottles of the product, and will gladly return it if the company will allow.
