Trying to find an apartment and it was a self viewing house, which was new to me. It said it needed my ID and credit # to view the house in case of damages.

We viewed the house and left everything perfectly, even the key, back in the lockbox. Then I get a call the morning after the viewing saying the key was missing and I would need to pay for new locks and the whole deal.
