An individual was advertising pest control services door to door. Based on the discussion, I was not signed up for auto pay and would only be charged on an “as needed” basis. My fault for not reading through the contract, but that is not the contract I was given and signed. It was an 18mo auto-pay enabled contract. When I spoke to the company, they refused to give even consider cancelling the contract without video proof of the employee lying. I did pay for the first service, however I am taking active steps to block them from charging me in the future. Please stay away. Incredibly unethical business practices and terribly rude customer service.
