Took 800 dollars of my money and instituted a reservation system after I had purchased and every weekend throughout January, February and March (The ski season) was pre-reserved. Meaning I bought a pass only to not be able to ski - EVER. This company has stolen my money and my time, put me on hold for over 2 hours and 45 minutes (I was forced to hang up because I could not waste anymore of my time) and has no plans of resolving any of these issues. FRAUD of a company and leadership team.
