I ordered a flower wall. They stated it was delivered and gave me a tracking number and for me to go to the Post Office. Post Office states there is no such tracking number.

I purchased a flower wall and stand. The tracking says delivered, but it was not. Althaey tried to offer 10% then up to 30% as a refund. Both post office and 17Track have no record of the package being shipped. Althaey also offered insurance on the item, but will not refund my purchase amount. They directed me to 17Track whose website directs buyers back to the shipper. I am still trying to get my refund

I purchased a 4x8 flower wall on May 15th and the item was never delivered, tracking number says it was, I contacted the company via email, they told me to contact my local post office. So I called them and they told me they have no record of this tracking number and since the product is a 4x8 flower wall they said they would never be able to deliver something of that size an a freight company would need to deliver it. I contacted the company again they refused to tell which shipping carrier they used and told me to go to my local post office and get them to issue me a certificate of loss and if I could not do that then could only give me a 10% refund. This company has taken no responsibility for their actions and their customer service is poor at best. There is only one email that can be used to contact them and no phone number or anything. Also they sent me a receipt saying the product I bought was 35.73, they sent me another "receipt" with the amount of 38.09 but they actually charged my card 39.02. When questioned about this they told me they only received 35.73. This company is a total and complete scam and I'm sorry I fell for it. There are many other reviews online from users who have experienced the same thing.
