I proceeded to make a purchase on the website and after I entered my credit card information, the website reloaded and said to use a different card because the “card did not go through for some reason”. I retried with the same card and obtained the same error message. The card I used is heavily safeguarded from misuse, so I assumed the card company blocked me from paying on this particular site because it is foreign. However, I got an alert from my card company almost instantly that the charge for $2,500 was declined because I did not have enough available credit. I did not attempt any such charge of $2,500. My attempt at althaey.com was $48.16. Suspicious to say the least! Now my personal email, address and phone number, and credit card account number have been exposed.

I made an online retail purchase for an artificial floral photo wall. Never received. Contacted customer service via email half a dozen times. Was provided with a fake tracking number which said item was delivered. It was not. I’ve asked for. Refund several times. When I’ve questioned them via email, they have told me to check with neighbors or the USPS. The package was coming from China and they used a fake company called 17track.

Ordered a flower wall, arch, and rubber and I didn’t get any of it. They delivery time said 8pm when it was 11am at the time of the notification.
