Ordered 2 wine glasses on 2/14/23. Money was taken from my account. Sent a email message & also a message through Facebook messenger concerning this matter. Gave them my order # which is 1063. No response. Email said there was no internet connection & something went wrong. Looks like it was taken down. How frustrating this has been to be scammed from things you see on Facebook & thinks it’s legit.

Saw ad on Facebook. Ordered a wine glass. Addressed in emails when I would receive. No response. When I try to go into the email sent from Altman it tells me internet connection lost.
