The Devils helps is never helpful.

I trusted these people and they talked a very caring pitch. They pretended to really want to help me and they stole from me. LeVing me in an even worse situation than I started with. Once they took my last payment all the communications were unavailable.what type of people willing to steal from so many people without remorse and jail time.

I paid $*** to a federal student loan forgiveness program that was fraudulent. They said the money was for the fee of contacting my student loan servicer and re-doing my student loans in order to receive the loan forgiveness. They used "we work with the Department of Education" and told me my student loan servicer had lied to me about my loans and should have offered me forgiveness after all the years I've paid. They asked me for information for my student loans such as account information, etc. I began noticing that my federal student aid account password was "accessed" and then "changed." I called my student loan company and they advised me to change everything. I went into my FSA account and changed all passwords and challenge questions. It has been quiet since, but I am now receiving emails re: upcoming purchase of my account by them. My student loan company said they were fraudulent.

This Company is Fraud they make you pay for services that is available for free. They say they work for the us. department of education and charged me to be put on a loan forgiveness program which is really just a paye or repay program that you lender offers for FREE they put you on a 20 year program 240 months and when that term is over you have to pay it back.. they pretend like they are you and call you lenders fed loans great lakes whoever they are and they pretend to be you. they charged me 999 for this when i was already on the program for free. when i wanted to cancel Mario wouldn't give me my money back but claims its 100 percent money back.. even when i told him somebody from his company was stealing my money from the card number i gave them. i visit the location and its on top of a car rental place. this is a Fraud and the company needs to be shut down.. they also do private loans and other scams as well. I will be suing this company
