A neighbor recommended a landscaping business for our front yard flowerbed, so we contacted them. Two representatives visited on December 23rd, 2024, to provide a quote, and we agreed on a price of $2600. They contacted us several times with updates from the tile shop, including pictures. After reviewing their updates, we paid them $1000 as a deposit, anticipating completion within 3-4 days. However, after receiving the payment, they became unresponsive. After repeated attempts to contact them, they briefly appeared with a small amount of cement, did a minimal amount of foundation work for about an hour, and promised to return the next day. They have not returned, and it is now February 4th, 2025.

This experience has caused me significant stress, to the point where I have been unable to eat for a week. So unfair. Hard erned money to lose it to cheaters.

I have since learned that at least three other neighbors have had similar experiences with this landscaping service, suggesting a pattern of deceptive behavior.
