Almost scammed

I just got the call, 2 minutes ago. Some woman told me I took out a loan and had made payments but stopped, now I have to pay $1200 or they will garnish my wages, or take my car. I almost believed them til I realized, I’ve never heard of this so called company. This lady was quite rude and became angry with me for asking the name of the loan company and date of alleged loan. So I hung up on her tail! Please be careful, these buttheads are almost convincing!?

I got a phone call from solace group llc. Reporting that I took out a payday loan of some kind online for $900.00 and if I didn't pay it then I would be sent paperwork in the mail taking me court.i asked her to send me the paperwork of the accused loan and sent me a crappy piece if paper stating I owed client named Buff1 in the amount of $900 or theyd garnish garnish wages. I call her back to tell her her paper was crap I called the FDCPA and FTC as well and this is a scam. I know what loans I've taken out and your not one of them so waiting for paperwork in the mail to go court which I'll probably never receive I'm 100% sure. Also this always cash loans I looked up is not even a lender it's an advertiser to find lenders. In the state of ga online payday cash advances are illegal. Just remember that. Also they didn't have my new name and I have never took out a online loan in 2018 or 2019 so they should do better at who they mess with. This is not professional paperwork a litigator would send.

I have been getting threatening calls from a " locator" service about a supposed 750 dollar online loan from 2018 or 19 that I did not take. They say they need 1300 now on behalf of Always. Need to stop.

Was called during work hours. I told them that I was at work numerous times but he kept talking I was very rude. He accused me of ignoring the bills that they sent me and then he said that he's just going to put it through to litigation because it didn't sound like I was going to work with him. I told him again that I was at work and I would call him later. When I called the number I got a lady who put me on hold and the guy came back on the same guy which was kind of strange and he hung up on me. I called back and told them that I want to resolve the problem and for someone to call me in the afternoon.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE!!!! IF YOU RECEIVE A PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER 202 241 2306.. IT STATES THE NUMBER IS OUT OF WASHINGTON, DC HE IS A SCAM HE SAYS HES NAME IS STEVE. BASCIALLY HE STATES ITS A CASH ADVANCE BUT IT IS NOT. HE SCAMMED ME FOR 20.00 PUT I HVE REPORTED HIM TO THE POLICE. AFTER HE GOT ME ONCE HE TRIED TO GET ME TO GET A CARD TO PUT MORE MONEY ON.. I TOLD HIM HE WAS CRAZY!!! U ALREADY GOT ME ONCE. I TOLD HIM U BUT THE LOAN AMOUNT N SEND IT MONEY GRAM AND THEN CALL ME. HE LOCKED UP MY ONLINE BANK ACCOUNT!!! PLEASE DO NO BUSINESS WITH HIM HE IS RIPPING PPL OFF BAD!!!
