I brought a round-flight ticket from Dallas TX to Harrisburg PA on 3/14/2023 from alwaysontrip.com. The price of the ticket is $664.40. In the afternoon, a guy who called Sid reached out to me and said the discount ticket has been sold out. For now, if I want to buy a ticket from Dallas TX to Harrisburg PA, it will cost me more than $1000. Then I requested the flight cancellation. Sid charged me $15. Later that day, a guy called Frank also called me, I asked him when can I get a refund? He didn't reply to me. But 1 hour later, I got my trip confirmation and receipt. For now I lost $15 + $664.40 = $679.40. I send email to them and don't get any response from them.  Please check docs attached.
