I purchased an Always pan (cookware) from a website I found during an internet search. The product never arrived(1 month later). I emailed to inquire and was given a tracking number showing item was shipped from China even though they advertise USA on their website. Tracking number shows item was delivered to another state nowhere near me. When I emailed again, the person began to barter over refunding my money starting with 30%. I notified PayPal and filed a dispute. There is no address or phone number listed on website, only email. I do not believe this is a legitimate company and I believe them to be a scam.
