There is no mention of company, name etc. A few weeks later I received a check with instructions. Something did not feel right so I did not cash the check. I do not know what would have happened if I would have followed their instructions in the attached uploaded picture.
I voided the check and am keeping everything including the priority mail envelope it came in. If futher information is required, please let me know.
Let's stop this from happening to others.
