Wanted to purchase a chow chow puppy from Alyssa Chow Chow. She wanted all the money up front for puppy said she would ship on a plane for me.she said she takes COD from an American Express gift card. She said she dosent cash until puppy arrives because she dosent have code to cash. That was untrue on American Express cards code is on the front. She sold me a dog named chief. On goggling the internet she had taken picture of oreo on the web and just transferred his pic to her site.she will no longer email or text me knowing i know i was scammed. Please post so no one loses any money.
