This person started a Facebook business to sell custom liners (and pillows and blankets) for Keenz Stroller Wagons. I paid her $85 two months ago for an order that she claimed would be completed and shipped within 2-3 weeks. And REQUIRED payments made using PayPal Friends and Family. Months later, I still have not recieved an item from her. And literally hundreds of other people have ordered from her and having the same issue. She will not respond to Facebook messages and is continuing to collect money and take "orders." Given the list of names she has posted and the several other people in the comments stated they have ordered from her, she has collected roughly $10,000 in sales and has not fulfilled the vast majority of them. Please look into this person because I (and tons of other people) believe that she is a scam artist.

I also just want to add it is against paypal rules as a business to request "friends and family." Paypal will not refund people their money due to using the friends and family options.

She is also making many false promises such as "on July 12th I can purchase more materials" in order to run out the time someone can file a claim with their bank for a refund.
