I was a victim of two scammers this website is a chow chow breeding farm. Me and my boyfriend was desperate to buy a dog, we’ve been searching for this special breed for years. Sadly they don’t have any breeders that sell chow chows in WA. I emailed them about my interest in there puppies and they responded right away! They started sending me more photos of the puppy and a video too that seems so real. They are from Texas so I was willing to pay and fly out the puppy. They asked me to pay $950 so I payed them excitingly hoping I’d get the puppy. They wanted me to pay through Venmo so I sent money to Mason Williams. Once they received my money they started giving me short answers and took about 3 hours to reply. Few hours passed and they sent me a registration that said the puppy was flying through pacific pet delivery service with a departure time and tracking number. It all looked legit untill the second scammer “pacific pet delivery services” emails me saying I MUST pay for a thermal regulating crate that cost $1,500 BUT they told me it was going to be reimburse once my puppy was delivered so I trust it. Then they asked me to pay through Venmo, so I gave my money to Mason Williams. Once that was received they supposedly shipped the puppy. The next day I was suppose to expect him but then they told me due to covid regulations my puppy needed life insurance. They asked for another $1,500. Although they did tell me I was going to get my money back when my puppy arrived if he was healthy and didn’t get sick because the money was incase he got sick or died. The purchase I made this time was sent to Pacific pet delivery services’s Venmo account name Nehemiah Charles. When that was done I waited and was expected to get my puppy at 1pm on 6-1-21. I checked the tracking info through there website and it said the puppy was in Idaho, so I messaged the pet service delivery services’s email and they said he was coming late due to my late payment and he would come at 4. It hit 4pm and no puppy so I messaged the email again and they told me that he was at the vet. I waited until 6:30 and asked them where he was and if we could pick him up but they never gave me an address to where his vet was and they said he was going to be delivered the morning of 6-2-21. I waited the next day and asked what time I should be expecting him and they told me 3pm so I waited. Once it hit 3pm they never responded to me and now they still haven’t responded. They completely ghosted me after I payed the total of $3950! I keep asking for a refund since I never got my puppy and they never responded. I went on Venmo and I notice Mason Williams name in Venmo changed to Bright Suh Neba. NEVER buy from the website again! They faked the whole website and delivery service website! They just take your money and ghost you. What sucks is I called my bank hoping they would take action in retrieving my money but because it’s through Venmo there was no possible way due to the terms and condition. Now I’m waiting to hear from Venmo the have not responded to my request to open a dispute. What is sketchy about my situation is that the chow chow seller and pet delivery services never sent me what airline or address to the vet they said the puppy was at. I lost $3,950 , don’t let this be you.
