My husband called this company to have his truck towed. 15 minutes later, he called to cancel, and was notified that they could not refund his money, even though the tow truck had not been dispatched and his truck not towed. The lady said she would call her manager to see if he would approve a refund as they only give "credits". After 2 calls with her, my husband called back and the phone number no longer worked. We never heard back from the company with an update. We disputed the charge with the bank without luck. They said that the tow company showed a receipt that we had paid for the tow and couldn't prove that the truck was never towed. The bank notified us that the customer service center for this company is located in the Philippines. Can't get ahold of the company to even get a "credit" and now they took $210 and failed to provide the service.
