7 Mar 2019 I purchased an item (Egg Incubator) on line for $12.95. Got a conformation email stating order prepping for shipment. 8 Mar 2019 I recieved email stating due to high volume my order could be delayed up to 14 working days. 22 Mar still nothing,I sent email asking for tracking, no reply. 24 Mar sent another email asking for tracking or refund if item hasn't shipped, no reply. 25 Mar sent 3rd email saying send tracking or I would report to BBB.Today so far no reply. And now i'm doing what I said I would do. No item, no tracking, no refund, no reply to and of the 3 emails sent..

I was looking for a low priced baby crib for a DIY project and enter a simple online search on March 1. The website was one that the search engine provided. Upon clicking on site, I found one listed for $12.95. I did not think much about the price being too low as I have purchased items from companies not from the United States before and received them. I purchased two of the cribs using my credit card and received a confirmation email with order number. On March 2, I received a second email stating the order might be delayed due to heavy sales volume. Again, not concerned as some things I had ordered in the past from overseas have taken weeks to arrive. I entered the order number into the track order box and it linked to xpost.ph, a shipping company in the Philippines. For several days, the order said pending when checked on. On March 11, the website was closed with no contact information. The shipping company says my order number is invalid. I was charged $25.90 on my credit card and I am 99% positive I will not receive anything.

I was unsure of this place to begin with but as I researched I found it was a new business started with Shopify. I started off with a small purchase of $25 just to see if it was legit and sure enough after I made my purchase my bank called from the fraud protection department. I then got a little paranoid, thinking maybe they might take more money out now, and when I did the reverse lookup online sure enough multiple businesses popped up. The number has been disconnected and is a cell phone number as well. The address for the business is in Oklahoma and the area code is in Texas.
