Bath & Body Works listed a clearance sale on FaceBook. Looked legitimate. I ordered 11/1/23. My charge card was charged. I received a message saying my order had not been completed. I was unable to "complete" it. Product has not arrived and There is no number or address to contact this company. Was supposed to be delivered in 6-8 business days by UPS
