I looked on Facebook Marketplace and found a 2007 Nissan Murano for sale $6,500. The first person said she was listing it for her sister in law. I contacted her sister in law via gmail. Story was that she was in the military in TX, about to ship overseas. She was selling her car for $1,250 through Ebay. She asked for my name, address, phone number. Ebay would send me a link because the car was already boxed up ready to be shipped. They would hold my $1,250 and I had 5 days to view the car or send it back. When I got the link from Ebay, it asked me to purchase 4 ebay gift cards or apple gift cards for the $1,250 and give them the code on the card. I called Ebay and the customer service said it's a scam. I cut off communications immediately. No money was sent.
