So I called and said I wanted to send the products back and cancel my account. The customer service person I was talking to said his name was 0fhame. The date was March 23, 2021 and the time was 9:10 AM. He told me that this was a trial and I could not cancel a trial until the end of the trail period. I told him I had not signed up for a trial period. He said you must’ve not read the fine print. I told him that I had and that I had taken pictures of all the pages. I also told him that I did not order the cream, yet I got the cream and I got charged the postage for the cream. He said you must’ve not know that you checked the box that said both cream and serum. I said there was no box like that. He said the trial period was 14 days. Finally he said you can call back on April 14 to cancel your account. Which is more than 14 days. I know it is early since it just happened today but I do not want to get scammed again and lose out on money that I will never get back. I promise I would not order anything from Facebook again, but gave in when I saw Jennifer Lopez. Which I’m sure they’ll has nothing to do with this product.
Last time this happened, I tried to cancel the trail period. But the company said it was too late to cancel for the first order and charged me somewhere about $100-$200 which I never got back. So I am being proactive before I lose my money. So
