My husband tried to pick up a dog from them. He paid $800 for the dog and then 200 for so-called shipping and then they wanted 1400 for the crate then he ask to Pick up the dog said it was gonna be a 1500 Quarantine fee was told we could pick the dog up on june 16. On june 15 got a email and text saying the dog had Separation anxiety and that we had to pay an additional $2000 for the dog to sit in a daycare for six hours And When heasked to show him the paperwork the his name transfer and ownership for the dog they said that it was in a folder already, and nobody could open it, but him which didn’t make any sense and he didn’t get any receipt when he bought the dog from the breeder or a receipt or paper stating that he had to sign to transfer the name over to his and get any of that the only thing that was a paper that he paid for the abandonment of an animal quarantine fee, but when he asked to give to the dog because something wasn’t right. They told him that they couldn’t give him the amount cancel like his rights to the dog, which he thought was weird, but he doesn’t have anything that state that the dog is legally in his name and then when he asked to see the dog like newer photos because he only had the ones from the breeder, it was completely different than the one that he paid for
