Based on his initial quote and the signed agreement, I gave him the $1,000 in cash as deposit, and Harold supposed to start the roofing project on August 10th, 2020, and when the job will be done, I had to pay him the remaining of $13,500, in cash.
Today is August 28th, 2020, and Harold did no show or communicate back to me, at all.
I have tried to call him several times, left him several voice messages, sent him emails, no response back, at all.
Have called the City of Kincardine, as well the Kincardine Chamber of Commerce, and they have advised me that can not help me an any way, but to try and file this ScamPulse.com complain.
