I tried to order the product but my card was declined. so I figured I wasntmeant to have it . Then i got a txt msg from Amarose employee named katie saying they were still holding a bottle on reserve for me so i tried to order again and it was still declined. So i txted katie back and told her to release the bottle bcuz my card wont go thru so i changed my mind and dont want it anymore. Within a week my card was charged $69.95, then again in 15 days another $69.95, then 15 days later another $69.95, then in 15 days a 4th $69.95 taken from my account, but never received any product. I cancelled my card to stop the charges and kept trying to get thru to the company and finally got thru the day after Thanksgiving 2022 and spoke to Michelle and told her i never received product and she told me your account here shows your card was declined and i said yes it was so how do i have "An Account" with you? You've taken 4 charges of $69.95 out of my account unauthorized and on top of that Ive never received any product from you. Iwant these charges reimbursed immediately. She hung up on me and a couple days later i received 4 bottles of product and have been trying to return them ever since to get my money back. they use 3 or 4 different names..Amarose, LimitlessX, Mentom.com etc and dont respond to emails, txts or phone calls. I need that money back badly. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I'm trying to get a refund about $200 of products that I didn't purchased for some reason they charged me that and I'm been waiting my refund for almost 6 months!!

This company offers -- in bold letters -- a 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! for trying their products. I ordered one of their products, which did not work as advertised (or at all), so I emailed asking for my money back. I even offered to ship the product back. They danced around and around; they offered to send me a free second bottle instead, a 20% refund to keep the product, then they told me there was a $20 restocking fee if I sent it back plus it had to be in its original condition (how could it be, since I tried it?). I finally gave up and filed a dispute with my credit card. I've since discovered thanks to some deep googling this is their MO and many many people have gotten screwed the same way.

I ordered on 1/31 and contacted the company to cancel it and they said they would and they didn’t and I still received the package. I returned the package with my own money and they received it. I have proof on my phone from the tracking number and they told me over the phone and every time I call or email they say their system is messed up in some way. It has no come to the point of me having to file a dispute with my bank as the company amarose said they can’t refund me as every time the try it comes up as error and that the reason is the bank. When this is the first time I contacted the bank. The are also phishing as I was trying to purchase from a company called bliss skin and every time I clicked the link to go to their website it takes me to amarose. And I found that out after I purchased the product and they refuse to cooperate.

Special offer on website buy 1 bottle of product for $34.99 receive a second bottle free. They shipped me 5 bottles and charged me $199. I called them immediately upon receiving the shipment and told them I wanted to return the 3 bottles I did not order. They said I had to use the product for 90 days and if I was dissatisfied they would credit my card. When I went on the ScamPulse.com website I found similar complaints about this company. Then on December 27, 2022 they shipped 3 more bottles and charged my card another $199. They stated that I had signed up for automatic reorder. Which I did not. I have since called my credit card company who is disputing both charges and have issued me a new card.

I found this company through an online ad. I purchased a Skin Tag remover product but had to buy 6 bottles, at a cost of $199. A couple days later they called me and told me in order to get the results I wanted, I had to also purchase their Lifting Serum, at a cost pf $199.00. I was given a 90 day money back guarantee, so I bought it. When they called and talked me into purchasing the Lifting Serum, I got a call back number. When the product produced no results I call them to ask for a refund. They issue me a refund notice and gave me an address to mail the Skin Tag remover back but the Lifting serum needed to wait a couple days to be in the 30 day mark. I mailed the Skin Tag remove back. Then a couple days later called to get a refund on the Lifting Serum, I couldn't get through to anyone. Now I can't get through to them by phone or online, and I have not received any refund. I am owed $400.

My experience was exactly the same as the other complaints listed. No subscription purchased and credit card alerts. Calling customer service and they hang up on you and do not provide return information.

SCAM, online. Ordered 1 bottle at $39.95; card charged for 5 btles at $199.75. Called both toll-free and 424-208-2437 as listed on sheet, with not able to cancel through 3rd party, only return product after receiving.



ScamPulse.com needs to stop this SCAM, and contact me for a resolution on return to my CC at a total of $199.75.
