Made a an online purchase on 12.9.21. I still do not have the item. After several attempts to contact them they rudely said check your email and you package was shipped and delivered. When i finally got a tracking number and searched it it says still in China since purchased date with no movement. Contact them again no response asked for a refund now my order is gone completely from system. I ordered a 3 ton jack with lift for my son for Christmas
