sweetteestore.com was the one that charged my credit card. I never heard of them. Amazeaskeses was who offered the product. After a few days I contacted them and ask where my item was. Gave me a tracking number after several attempts looking for that item that tracking number was to a completely different item. They said P.O. sent it to the wrong person. I tried to explain to them in several e-mails that the P.O. doesn't handle items that heavy. But they just keep giving me the run around. Ada the employee that I've been contacting at [email protected] just keeps giving one excuse after another. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge, and they were told I received the product. I told them I never did, but I'm still going to have to pay the bill.
