I ordered a pair of dress pants. When the item arrived it was very poor quality material and did not look anything like the product that was advertised. The size chart they provided was also incorrect. I contacted them several times regarding obtaining a refund. I was told that I would have to return the item at my expense and they would issue a refund. The cost of shipping was almost as much as I paid for the item and I had no assurance that my purchase price would actually be refunded. I requested a shipping label for the return and they said the return would have to be at my expense. They finally offered a 5% refund if I did not return the product.
