After further research, my bank was able to give me some contact information which led to the purchase from AMAZING BEAUTY TRENDS site. I contacted and spoke to a representative who explained the extra charge. He stated that an extra $79.95 was a membership fee, for joining the the "discount club". He stated that being a member assured that I could make purchases of any advertised product, at discounted prices, for an entire year. Initially, I didn't appreciate nor did I want to consent and brought it to his attention that, nowhere in the Terms & Policy conditions, was there mention of the $79.95 membership fee. The representative then told me that there were no refunds, unless I did not receive the product and would give their process a chance to prove their quality of services. After waiting over 2 months for delivery, I started contacting the company on several occasions, via phone and email, requesting a refund for the entire amount of $102.72. Several representatives assured me that I would receive a full refund, even though they made promises that the product had left the Australian company that had sent it out, in January. About the month of March, I was no longer able to see their site and have been getting a message of an apology for inavailability. Now, when I've tried to call the numbers that I originally made contact on, the lines now have a constant busy signal. Today is June 21, 2018. Still no product and much less a refund. If needed, I have all of the email correspondence that has been made between the company and I, available at your request.
