On Saturday I reached out to the seller regarding a puppy that was featured on their website. Shortly after reaching out I received an email and text from the seller providing me with some more information. They stated the puppy was 50% as they were expecting a new litter due soon. They had told me there would be a $400 deposit and then another $400 during pick up. On Sunday morning they became a little pushy about payment and asked me to send the money thru Zelle. I became a little hesitant with how demanding they were. I asked if I would be able to see the puppy before I put the deposit down and was told that is not an option. The only way tk see the dog would be after I provide the deposit. After that I decided to do some research and look into the seller a bit more. I found various complaints of others who were told the same exact thing that I was told (50% off due to new litter and same address). I confronted the seller and questioned if they were aware there is some information online suggesting it’s a scam. They stopped answering after I brought that to their attention.
