I can not whole heartedly recommend This company especially travel agent Kristen Fuentes after my experience with her and the owner Loretta Garcia. We are a family of 12 and yes of course we shopped around with every Avenue possible to get a good price. Kristen would state things and offer things other travel agents couldn’t and said she is “lying” but since we had it documented we decided to move forward with her. One thing was the expresso package she stated was part of the alcohol package which it wasn’t our friends that are travel agents confirmed. After much back and forth she added Starbucks to adult packages to fix her error but after that the agent treated us like garbage. Please understand we travel alot this isn’t 6th vacation this year and we spent over 25k on this one alone. She treated us like she is doing us a favor and we spent 25k on this trip so hell yeah we are going to hold you accountable to all of your promises. We had to chase her for months to see Starbucks on our confirmation and she said she was waiting for get paid bc she couldn’t afford to give it to us altogether?????
In addition every room was to get 2 specialty dining and she verbally and in text told me she is doing it. Then one of my rooms is inside state room and I didn’t see it on it and she said I will add it manually you will see when on ship and again it was never added. We don’t really need it but it is the principal bc now we can’t be together as a family for that night.
Then she gave us all onboard credit for every room and I have verbal and email confirmation of it and I followed up many times on it I was told it would appear once we are on ship. We are on ship now and I don’t see it I emailed called and texted Kristen to fix it st least 5 times then I went to owner who claims she is a top agent and they have done so much for us and will not honor the missing onboard credit. I shared documentation on several occasions and she is refusing stating this terrible agent worked hours on our reservation which is bs…only reason she was working hours was bc she put foot in mouth trying to get one over on us and we called all the bs. She thought we were going to let her slide with all of her over commitments.
We have reported this to NCL and better business bureau but be cautious. Our friends that know her refuse to use her as well for similar issues we weren’t aware of prior.
And the owner should have done the right thing and honored the onboard credit and specialty dining. The Mgmt on the ship
Was so taken back by this they kept trying to offer us things in place of this bc they can not do this aspect since it is a travel agent issue.
