Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered two paintings on Apr. 2 for delivery on Apr. 23. The paintings never arrived, and there is no tracking information for the shipment. I used the company's online contact form to inquire about my purchase and never received a response. I tried to follow up using the other contact methods mentioned on the company's contact page and discovered that most of them are invalid. There is a customer service chat feature on the company's contact page that opens in FB messenger to a profile that is "invalid." When I clicked the Facebook page link on the company's contact page, I was redirected to their Instagram account. When I messaged the company on Instagram to inquire about my order, I received an automated reply that said the company would not provide information about order status via Instagram and to email them. I followed up with yet another email and have still received no reply. When I attempted to call the phone number listed on the contact page, I was immediately connected to a generic voicemail message with no identifying company info that instructed me to "leave a message." After hanging up, I instantly received a text message from that phone number, telling me to email [email protected] YET AGAIN. I have filled out the refund form, but given this company's lack of response (and my belief now that they are not a real company with an actual product to sell), I do not have high hopes of receiving my refund.
