Several related online pages are representing themselves as breeders selling teacup puppies online. They indicated available puppies for sale with pictures and details. Gave prices for various puppies. They set a price and said that covered all expenses and there would be no extra fees. First, they seemed open to shipping or pickup but as conversation went on, they really pushed shipping and home delivery. I was given a name (not listed on the website) to provide payment. Once paid ($500 to Park Sunna 240-608-9443, initially they requested I send payment to [email protected] - name of account was Berto Rodriquez), they provided paperwork (attached sale contract agreement,, but also received a transfer of ownership certificate and a clean bill of health from a veterinary clinic) and then requested an additional $935.00 for shipping insurance for the puppy, stating 80% would be refunded (to be sent to [email protected] - Suarez Ben) . We agreed to reduce it down to $300, and paid to the other name. They provided delivery time and no dog was delivered, no contact with them after, no refund, nothing
