I have tried to communicate through Facebook, email, calling and using Paypal. None of the following methods were responded to. I call and the phone gives a busy signal, I have tried 5 times to contact during business hours in California and still get no answers. I simply wanted to return the package I got from them that was incorrect to begin with, it was advertised as one thing on the website and got another product instead. Along with a little kitty catnip toy and 2 catnip bags for refill. I tried to contact the company that day, I have received a few facebook messages that doesn't solve the problem. I also was planning on returning the package I got, and I then ordered the correct items with a few other things. Which again I tried to use a coupon code provided through the Facebook message. They should have then made sure I got the information I need to return the items from purchase 1, and give me the discounts and expedite quickly the purchase 2. I currently have approx $150 that they have paid for their products that should have been returned and refunded.
