I started receiving packages to my house under my name and address from Amazon and when I called Amazon to find out where they came from, I was told that they came from an account on Amazon that was in my name with my address. There was a different phone number associated with the account, which was not my phone number, so they were not able to verify the account since it was not my phone number and not the real account that I have. So far I have received a dozen packages from Amazon sent through this fake account, I am not being charged for the items so Amazon does not seem to care and when I call just tells me that they are sending my complaint to someone else and that it will be taken care of. I has been over a month and I am still receiving packages and they are items related to my purchase history.
