On 12/16/2024, I placed an order for security cameras on Amazon. Delivery date of 12/21 - 23. Email from Amazon 12/18, delivery would be 12/24. Email 12/22 from UPS, package delivery would be 12/23. (Strange since a week before, received other cameras by USPS). 12/23 received package in larger box (not normal Amazon box or bag). Inside, another box with mailing labels scribbled out with black marker and taped as if being returned. Inside box was set of T-fal pans. Went back to original shipping email for cameras, tracking number matched received box. Called Amazon talked with very compassionate rep. Said to keep pans and reordered cameras. No mention of pans on my order list on account.
