I received a package I DID NOT order from Amazon. The package was addressed to me (name and address). There is a QR code that I have to scan in order to get any information (order number, receipt, return information, sender information). I will not scan it because I do not want malware on my phone.

This information sent to me is false and leads back to email address [email protected]. I’ve checked my Amazon account I have no record for the purchase. I didn’t buy item.

I began to receive packages from Amazon that I did not order. The packages had my name and address on them. However, the orders were not linked to my amazon account. When I called Amazon and provided the tracking number on the package, they linked the order to a fake account made under my name and my address. I have yet to have full resolution in this case.
