I ordered a turntable from what I thought was Amazon Clearance and the company stated it had been delivered on Dec 24th. I never received it. All tracking info was in Chinese. All email contact was in English. I requested a full refund which they have refused, claiming they have lost money. Last offer was 30% of lost item which I refused.
