Called Amazon customer service(800-388-5512) attempting to dispute unrecognized charges on my credit card. East Indian sounding male confused me & apparently created an Amazon store account in my name. Then he charged according to Synchrony bank he charged gift cards to this newly created account. The charges are $110 monthly for 6 months. I have contacted Synchrony bank fraud department multiple times without any resolution. I continue to receive a monthly bill for $110. I was scammed!!!
