Person called from "Amazon" saying someone had my credit card number or bank account number and was attempting a purchase for $349 and he wanted to clear it up. Could I please turn on my computer, at which point I hung up.

Been getting calls from AMAZON regarding a balance due on account of $129 or $729 from phone # 844-954-7333 or 844-954-8034 or 844-954-8395,etc. We have not responded to these phone calls and/or voice messages and have sent this info to Amazon customer services as well as to the FCC.

I received an email saying that I had been charged a large amount on an Amazon.com purchase. It said to call a number in the email if I thought the charge was fraudulent. I did. After a lot of questions and instructions, I was told to go purchase a gift card. He tried to explain why but it really didn't make sense at all. I realized the whole thing, from email, to phone number, to instructions was a scam. I called the BBB.

11/20/20 Received email I ordered a NanoCell 85 Series 55"4k Smart UHD TV. It was to be shipped prime Priortiy Delivery to David Kohler 2122B St, Eureka, CA on Fri Nov 27th

I call the phone # in the email 855-299-8333. "Antrow" was the name of the person who answered. His phone # he gave me was

315-659-7277

He told me to go to the nearest store that carried Amazon cards, call him at that number and he'd walk me thru getting a "security Code" to protect my Amazon Acct.

The girls in the office heard me and told me I was being scammed. I played along trying to get more info but wasn't successful.

I got a call  from someone pretending to be Amazon claiming they needed payment for an item I ordered. I later learned that they had actually hacked my amazon account and had access to the confirmation causing lots of confusion and is how they convinced me.  They fooled me and I ended up putting cash app on my phone at their direction, linked it to my bank account and they stole $1000.

I did not purchase something from amazon and it was delivered. It was something I would never purchase. A plastic gun to attach cell phone. I read up about brushing. I am concerned about my identity also. I have changed passwords. I have a tracking number if you want but Amazon said don't worry about it. It appears to have come from overseas.

01/26/2020- got two text from number stating your package has been shipped and expect delivery

01/31/2020- Got text about amazon shipment with tracking code is ready for you to set delivery instructions. did not order anything from amazon
