I called Amazon Prime on the number above. The answer was an Indian accent that had me to buy $100.00 worth of Google Play card, the person said I will get money back as the sooner the code is entered on their side and will get reimbursed. I bought the card for the amount and gave the card code needed. Then Iwas trasnferred to anther Indian accent person and ask me how many devices I have at home that needs Prime Video. I told him 3 or 4, then he said I will need to buy 4 four more cards of 100.00 ea to get them all activated. I hanged up. I called again to ensure to get my 100.00 back, a Mgr named Marcl answered and he said they cannot do anything until the four cards are entered because it is creating an error. He promised that if I get another 100.00 he can clear the error and have one device activated. Unfortunately, he came back and said he cannot remove the error until the four devices are cleared. I hanged up and called Amazon, amazon rep said they do not ask for google play to activated Prime Video as long as I am a Prime member that should be enough. Well, good lesson learned for me. I should have called Amazon first. Anyway, thsoe guys are pretending to be in new Jersey, but now I think they are somewhere in freaking India. WATCH out for Indian Scammers.
