I ordered off a site that I thought was Amazon through Facebook Market Place. When I tried to cancel the order through the e-mail they listed for service it failed to go through. There is no phone # or other e-mail to contact them listed. The charge on my credit card list the merchant as UNIVA *YETSHOES TOP and the terminal location as SHINJUKU, JPN, terminal ID: WPGTID01

The phone number was +63 964 926 5462. They asked if I wanted a remote stay home job that pays $80 to $400 a day. I looked up the business and it's fake.

Person called the cell phone claiming to be an Amazon employee saying I bought a Apple Computer for 1K and I need to vertify all my credit card information. I asked who they where they said from Amazon and I asked them what card was it and he said Mastercard. I asked him for the last four digits of my credit card that was used. He hung up on me. I tried to call the number back but I got a recording saying this number is from a scammer.

Called at 10:30pm claiming to be from Amazon fraud. Said someone tried to use my card in another state and wanted my card information so they could "refund the money". When I asked about which card was used he couldn't tell me. When I wouldn't give him any information he got verbally aggressive so I hung up and blocked the phone number.

I bought a video on Amazon video, when completed, it was wrong video. I searched prime video on internet, first one that came up was the number I provided, I was asked to download “any desk” app. I did it, he asked what #’s came up. I gave them to him, and told him a box came up said by excepting this you are allowing anyone to see what you see on your phone. I said no. He told me without clicking yes, he could not process my refund. I told him keep it, he said he wanted to really help me but couldn’t and not to worry, nothing would happen. I said I know it won’t cause you can keep my $15, and good bye! I removed the app. But I thought the first search answer would be safe?
