Website said my Amazon prime membership had expired and my payment method was declined and I was asked to update my payment method with repeated emails. My Amazon membership is paid through October this year.

To start with, they used false advertising stating the overstocked items were sold as "pallets" of merchandise. What I received was a small box, with two items (that I consider junk) that are no where close to being worth the money I paid.

I contacted them three days ago, about a refund and returning the items but haven't heard back.
