They called me to tell me someone bought an unauthorized item on Amazon for 1359. I believed them and confirmed my identity by giving them my social security number, bank information and my home address

text messages from long email address (ie. alert.accountamznissue-information002-22521-09311jjg@srvsspprtngntt07.cloud) with messages always along this lines of:

Your A?m?az?on Acc?o?unt has been locked. We recently received multiple failed login attempts to your acc?o?unt.
