While scrollong through facebook market place, saw an amazon ad(so I thought) clicked it, it sent me to amazon survey, id just ordered from amazon so i took it, it was only 4 simple questions, then said id won a prize like instant pot cooker, sent me to another page that said i needed to pay $2 shipping, everthing was flashing and i felt rushed to do so before my common sense could set in , i had given my credit card info, as soon as i did the page dissapeared, never gave a tecipt of payment, nor that i was paying only $2 shipping. So i immediately went to my credit card app it said i had a pending payment to appexhealthpinnacle. I tried to reach appexpinnacle via email, their email came back no such domain, i cannot make any phone calls on my phone so i continued to try and find info , i wrote down the email and phone number and address for the page i had found online. There was a button to vancel trial something i clicked it, it said your trial cancellation was submittted but i hadnt even put in all my info yet. Then i tried to reach my credit card by online chat to ask to stop payment to appex cause it was fraud, but they it said it was pending and until it was paid i couldnt make a claim. So then i went to email again and I had a recent email from cs@grabbiteshub that said subscription confirmation, so i opened it, at the bottom it said monthly subscription & contest entry charged $39.89 next to that said shown on bank account : apexhealthpinnacle... Then i noticed it was a different company with different email and phone number than had charged me, it was grubbiteshub Ive never heard of or seen , so i sent them emails demanding my money back and to cancel whatever theyd done, then i went back thru my chrome hustory and took screen shots of every page that would come back up, ive heard nothing from email

today and the payment still sits in pending. Ive blocked my credit card so no further things can be charged but not sure where to go from here.
