Please be cautious!!!! I Couldn’t Access my prime video on tv so I proceeded to follow the tv screen for guidance and it said to go onto myprime video/tv.com then it gives you a # to call. I thought I was calling a legit Amazon Prime Video troubleshooting # but it was actually an Ad! Be careful to actually click on the Amazon site & not an ad! Tthis man with an Indian accent proceeded to have me download 2 different apps to verify my account, including Cash App! which uses your personal info & debit card that he had me enter to create account. I should’ve known! It didn’t feel right & I should’ve followed my gut! He asked that I take a pic of my lic to verify my I’d & that’s when it hit me - but he already accessed my bank Acct - called the bank immediately & shut my debit card down! He got nothing!!! Thank God - Never again!
