Amazon ProInc alleges they can market your book with 150% return. (see the attached contract). I signed the contract and started process at the end of 2022 and it has been nothing but issues since. The project manager won't return calls or texts. Emails are bouncing back and their support 1800 number looks like it's in New York City but when you call it says Russia. I have had some contact with my rep who apologized for all the issues which have been many and excuses why they can't do what their contract says. He texted May 2nd that he has requested a refund but has ghosted me since. Obviously I have had zero book sales but also they seemed to only do social media in India.

I received a telephone call from Travis Moore, the "Director" of Amazon ProInc, who made grandiose promises of marketing and sales, based on recommendations of "writers who are always right. They place yours in the Top Ten for 2023." The following week, after numerous warnings from friends, I was finally able to reach the real Amazon KDP book publishing company and they said "It's a scam." The logo on their website features the Amazon logo, misleading viewers. Run away, don't walk. They are lying to you. How can they misrepresent themselves to people. How?

I will also file a formal complaint with Amazon, asking Amazon to sue these imposters for false advertising and possible copyright infringement. The scammer's website makes them look legitimate. Amazon KDP Publishing told me this morning that they are not.
