Amazon Publishing Partners

I searched to find Amazon Publishing to publish my book. Originally, this website and several others popped up with Amazon logos etc, and a chat box on the right side. The scammer company name indicates they are an affi liate of Amazon Publishing, but Amazon Publishing never heard of them. Amazon is suing several of these companies in California, and I'm sure will be suing others. When their charge comes through, it lists as APPXDOMELLC in California. If you get stuck with any of them, they will probably all tie back to this APPXDOMELLC. Everything looks legit, and if you google them, it will come back to Trustpilot.com which only shows high praise. The scammer web page shows them as a beingaccredited by the Better Business Bureau, but they are not listed with the BBB. When I asked him about the BBB, he said they were a scam and blackmailers. I found one complaint on ScamPulse.com, so I thought I better give mine.The contract I receivedfrom the APP was vague and simple. The APP logo is AMZ Publishing with the Amazon smile, which I'm sure is trade marked. When I talked with Blaire, he told me to go to Trustpilot.com and see all of the good reviews. I had already done that and all of them were dated Aug-Sep 2023, so I asked him when they went into business. He wouldn't say, only that they were a new company. I had already disputed the first two charges on my credit card and he started offering me a free website and begged me to reinstate the payments. When I confronted him about the fact that they were not Amazon, and had nothing to do with Amazon, he finally admitted that and said he had never represented that. I guess I was just too gullable. I've gotten back all but $550 now. I've also passed everything along to the lawfirm that represents Amazon and is suing these companies all over. Wonder how that will work out. BTW, they have changed their website, but they still use all of the real logos down in the body of it.
