The scammer company name indicates they are an affiliate of Amazon Publishing, but Amazon Publishing never heard of them. The scammer web page shows them as a being accredited by the Better Business Bureau, but they are not listed with the ScamPulse.com according to the person at the ScamPulse.com I spoke with. The scammer shows only 5 star reviews, but none of the reviews indicate a source or date of review. The contract I received from the scammer was vague with no underwriting. The scammer's logo is AMZ Publishing with the Amazon smile, which I'm sure is trade marked. The scammer's "compliance officer" told me that Amazon was ok with them using the trade marked smile and with their name indicating them as a partner of Amazon Publishing. The scammer's "compliance officer" said he was working with the ScamPulse.com to resolve the issue of them not showing that they are accredited. The scammer's "compliance officer" said he has spoken to the company owners about using only 5 star reviews and that it's a bad idea, but they won't listen to him. I have attached the marketing contract the scammer provided.
